Incorporates all of the benefits of yoga- Stretching, strengthening, improved flexibility, and relaxation. *For the month of April there is no fee for yoga, come try it out! All abilities welcome, sitting and standing exercise options.
Come learn and play croquet. We can teach you how to play this fun game and it’s great exercise.
