Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday

9:30 am:  Group Exercise Class

Stretching, Strength & Cardio exercises (sitting and standing options) in the Activity Room. All abilities welcome to participate.

9:30 am:  Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise and strength training in the pool. Great for the joints!


Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

3:45 pm:  Water Walking

Walk in the water with fellow residents every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the pool.

8:30 am:  Chair Yoga Class

Incorporates all of the benefits of yoga- Stretching, strengthening, improved flexibility, and relaxation. *For the month of March there is no fee for yoga, come try it out! All abilities welcome.


 Every Wednesday Morning

10:00 am:  Line Dancing Class

Led by Instructor, Darlene Epple *SIGN-UP on the BULLETIN BOARD* Come Join us! No experience or partner needed!


Croquet Games

Come learn and play croquet. We can teach you how to play this fun game and it’s great exercise.


ARTS AND CRAFTS CLASSES  Check the calendar for dates: come paint, craft and/or draw! Let the creative juices flow!

Painting rocks with happy sayings/quotes/pictures, that you can share with a friend or neighbor to brighten their day!

DAY TRIPS AND TOURS  Time to Explore! Day trips and group tours to local attractions with SCV.

7:30 am: Natchez Trip

Bus leaves at 7:30 a.m. for a fun day trip touring homes, the city and having lunch before returning to SCV approx. 5 p.m.
