Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise and strength training in the pool. Great for the joints!
3:45 pm: Water Walking
Walk in the water with fellow residents every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the pool.
8:30 am: Chair Yoga Class
Incorporates all of the benefits of yoga- Stretching, strengthening, improved flexibility, and relaxation. *For the month of March there is no fee for yoga, come try it out! All abilities welcome.
