Water aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise and strength training in the pool. Great for the joints!

9:30 am:  Group Strength Exercise Class

Low Impact stretching and strength exercises (sitting and standing options). TV Screen.

9:30 am:  Group Aerobic Exercise Class

High impact strength & cardio exercises (sitting and standing options). BIG Screen.


Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

3:45 pm:  Water Walking

An opportunity to strength train and walk in the pool with other residents.

8:30 am:  Chair Yoga Class

Certified Chair Yoga Instructor, Lee Parrott walks you through 45 minutes of stretching, strengthening, flexibility, and relaxation. Yoga is beneficial physically and mentally! *SIGN-UP on the BULLETIN BOARD*

Let’s get outside, soak up some fresh air and play some croquet games. No experience necessary and all equipment provided. We will teach you how to play if you are interested in learning something new!

Wednesday, 1st

9:00 am: Coffee and Conversation with JoyCARE!

The wonderful ladies at JoyCARE will be hosting a fun get together and opportunity to learn more about their company and services. Joy Care, Inc. can help maintain the emotional well-being of their clients and help improve quality of life. Attention is given to the following areas: life skills, promotion of an active and independent lifestyle, mental alertness, companionship, organization, and education.


Saturday, 4th

5:00 pm: Kentucky Derby Party!

The Kentucky Derby is one of the most prestigious horse races in the world! Often called “The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports”. At 5:46 pm, 20 horses will compete in the Kentucky Derby with a purse of $2 million dollars. Heavy Hors d’Oeuvres, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic drinks will be served. You can wager on your favorite horse, $2/horse. “Kentucky Derby attire” is encouraged and don’t forget your hat for the contest!

10:00 am: Morrison Heights Senior Adult Choir Performance

Enjoy a musical program with our friends from Morrison Heights.

George K. will cover Colonial Williamsburg! How John D. Rockefeller, Jr saved and restored America’s birthplace of Revolution.

10:00 am:  Proactive Funeral Planning Session

Have you made your arrangements at the Funeral Home? How about the church? Educational opportunity with helpful information to be proactive with your planning. Hosted by Fr. Frank Cosgrove IN THE CHAPEL. All are welcome.
